I had a very disappointing experience trying to schedule an appointment at Beatriz Home Health Care. When I first called, the agent only spoke Spanish and transferred me to someone who could speak English. Unfortunately, the representative I spoke with was quite rude. He repeatedly informed me that there were no available appointments and, when I attempted to discuss further, he abruptly told me, “Sir, we don’t have a place,” and hung up on me.If someone is seeking physical therapy, they deserve a supportive and positive environment. The vibe I encountered here was anything but welcoming. I would not recommend this place.

Our family had a great experience with Beatriz Home Health Care. Their staff is very professional and are very good at their job. My father can be very difficult to be around due to his trust issues, but their PT was kind and patient and made him feel comfortable. We’re very pleased with Beatriz Home Health Care and will continue to use their services.
