Personal care

Our Home health Aides provide:

  • Personal care to our patients.
  • Assistance with bathing.
  • Preparation and serving of meals.
  • Help with light housekeeping.
  • Assistance with ADL’s such as picking up groceries and medications for patients.
  • Ambulatory and transfer services.
  • Assistance with administration of medications.
  • Companion services

Our Nurses provide the following services:

  •  Wound care management
  • PT/PTT/INR monitoring
  • Medication administration, and education (subcutaneous, intramuscular and intravenous)
  • Diabetic management and blood sugar monitoring.

Our Therapists are able to offer the following:

PHYSICAL THERAPY

  • Restore and maintain musculoskeletal function, improve movement, and decrease pain

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY

  • Improve the level of independence in daily activities

SPEECH THERAPY

  • Therapy to improve swallowing disorders and communication difficulties
